Hon. Rasheed Kashamu, the member representing Ijebu North State Constituency 1 at the Ogun State House of Assembly, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, paid a courtesy visit to former Ogun State Governor, elder statesman, a National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Apex Leader of Ogun State APC, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, at his Ikoyi, Lagos residence.

The visit is a mark of respect and recognition for the indelible leadership and contributions of Chief Osoba to the political development of Ogun State and Nigeria at large.

Hon. Kashamu commended the former governor for his steadfast commitment to progressive ideals and his role as a guiding figure within the party.

Discussions also touched on the state of the party and the importance of strengthening unity and grassroots engagement ahead of future political activities in the state.

In his remark, His Excellency, Aremo Osoba, appreciated the visit and encouraged him to continue his dedication to service, particularly at the grassroots level.
