Akwa Ibom gov’s daughter alleges ritual killings in family…claims dad wants her dead

In a shocking social media video, Jane Edidiong Ufot, daughter of Akwa Ibom Governor Umo Eno, has leveled grave accusations against her father, alleging that he sacrificed her late mother, Patience Oluwakemi Umo Eno, who passed away in September 2024 after a prolonged illness.

As a senior special assistant to her father on health, safety, and environment, Mrs. Ufot expressed her distress, asserting that she would not become a victim like her mother. “I’m not a sacrifice; mummy was, but I’m not,” she proclaimed passionately, suggesting a sinister threat looming over her and her young daughter.

During the video, Mrs. Ufot encouraged her daughter to directly question the governor about his intentions towards their lives. In a haunting exchange, the little girl asked her grandfather, “So, grandpa, do you want them to kill us?” She further provoked. “Do you want them to die like my baby brother died?” Although the governor remained silent in response, the implications of the inquiry were chilling.

Mrs. Ufot warned that her life and that of her child are at risk due to undisclosed revelations that may emerge, stating, “If I die today or my daughter dies… my blood will not go scot-free.”

Attempts to elicit a response from Governor Eno regarding these alarming accusations were unsuccessful, as his media aide’s phone was unavailable for comment.
