Woodhall Capital Foundation, Mentor Intro Africa launch mentorship programme for captains of industry

The Woodhall Capital International Foundation (WCIF) and Mentor Intro Africa have partnered to launch a six-week intensive mentorship programme for a new generation of Captains of Industry.

The programme, which commenced on Saturday brings together 40 mentees and industry pioneers to share ideas and visions on building sustainable businesses in Nigeria.

The President of Woodhall Capital, Mrs. Mojisola Hunponu-Wusu, expressed excitement about the programme, highlighting the importance of sharing ideas and visions on building sustainable businesses in Nigeria.

The Founder of Mentor Intro Africa, Mrs. Fola Niyi-Duale, emphasized the platform’s goal of bridging the gap between career professionals and experienced industry leaders.

One of the mentees, Kingsley Okechukwu, Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of Blue Sands STEM Labs, praised the programme for reinforcing the significance of visionary leadership, employee retention, continuous innovation, and strategic positioning in ensuring long-term business success.

This collaboration aims to spotlight industry pioneers, foster meaningful dialogues, and create lasting impact across Africa’s business and professional landscape.

With a focus on high-impact leadership and mentorship, the programme is designed to empower the next generation of changemakers and industry leaders.
