The popularity and prominence that a television program enjoys largely depends on the show’s host.
This is why television executives make every effort to find A-list anchors. A television host creates the atmosphere that a show will offer to its viewers.
So, boring television hosts will have similar effect on the television programs they host.

- IK
Ikponmwosa Osakioduwa, popularly known as IK, is a radio and television personality who first gained fame while working at Rhythm FM.
Formerly known as Wildchild, he hosted Big Brother Africa when it first aired and currently presents on MNet Studio 53.
In 2012, he co-hosted the Lagos countdown show alongside Quest and Ariyike Akinbobola.
