A helicopter crashed along Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State on Tuesday afternoon. It is not clear the number of casualties.

The crash which occurred between the AP petrol station and UBA Bank branch burst into flames upon landing.

It also led to serious traffic on the axis, as many sympathisers thronged to the crash venue. Emergency responders were at the site to help with evacuation.

Aviation officials are yet to give details about the aircraft as at the time of filing this report.
