Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has unveiled a lucrative reward package for the Super Eagles following their emphatic win over Algeria, which secured Nigeria a place in the semi-finals of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

In a congratulatory message issued on January 10, 2026, Rabiu praised the players for inspiring the nation and rekindling national pride through their performances.

As motivation ahead of the semi-final fixture, the business leader pledged a $500,000 bonus to the team upon victory, with an additional $50,000 for each goal scored in the match.

Rabiu further extended the incentive to the final, promising a $1 million reward if the Super Eagles lift the trophy, alongside $100,000 for every goal scored in the final.

He expressed confidence in the team’s ability to go all the way, urging the players to remain focused and continue flying Nigeria’s flag high on the continental stage.
