Canadian music icon, Celine Dion, has put out an announcement canceling all her planned 2023 and 2024 world tours as she battles with neurological disorder.
The singer had earlier confirmed her diagnosis of Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) in December 2022. SPS is said to be an incurable condition that results in uncontrollable muscle tension.
Celine also offered a refund for the purchased tickets in a statement made public and posted on her Twitter account on Friday.
She added, “I’m so sorry to disappoint all of you once again and even though it breaks my heart, it’s best that we cancel everything until I’m really ready to be back on stage.
However, she added that she is still putting up a good fight and cannot wait to see her fans again.
“I’m not giving up and I can’t wait to see you again.”
