Beloved late Hollywood and Black Phanther actor, Chadwick Boseman has been named among the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2024.

According to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, 31 entertainers including Oscar winner, Michelle Yeoh and multiple-award winning artiste, Dr. Dre are among those who will get a deserving star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Boseman will be getting the posthumous honour alongside iconic soul singer, Otis Redding.

The organisation’s Chairperson of the Walk of Fame Selection Panel said : “The Selection Committee, which is made up of fellow Walk of Famers, carefully hand-picks a group of honorees each year that represent various genres of the entertainment world.”

“The Committee did an amazing job choosing these very talented people. We can’t wait to see each honoree’s reaction as they realize that they are becoming a part of Hollywood’s history with the unveiling of their star on the world’s most famous walkway!” She added.

Other names on the list are Super Woman’s actress, Gal Gadot, Christina Ricci of “Yellow Jacket”, Kerry Washington of “Little Fires Everywhere” and Maggie Gyllenhaal of “Kevin Feige”.

In addition, Toni Braxton, Brandy Norwood, Gwen Stefani and Angie Martinez would also be having their names on the grounds of Hollywood.

Only a few weeks ago, the late 2Pac was honoured with a posthumous star. His sister, Sekyiwa Shakur accepted it on behalf of the family.
