Breaking: Military, DSS, police rescue 21 kidnap victims in Imo

Twenty prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and a civilian abducted while travelling through Imo State have been rescued in a joint intelligence-led operation by security agencies.

The rescue operation involved personnel of the military, Department of State Services (DSS), police and other security agencies.

The victims were reportedly kidnapped while passing through the state, prompting security agencies to launch an operation to track down their abductors and secure their release.

The rescued victims are currently receiving medical attention at a DSS facility, according to security sources.
