The Nigerian military, through the Joint Task Force South East, Operation UDO KA, has declared Ifeanyi Eze Okorienta, popularly known as “Gentle The Yahoo,” wanted and offered a N30 million reward for information leading to his arrest.

In a wanted notice circulated by the task force, Okorienta was described as a threat to peace in the South-East, while members of the public were urged to provide credible information that could assist security agencies in locating and apprehending him.

The notice stated that a N30 million reward awaits anyone whose information leads to the suspect’s capture.

The task force also appealed to residents to support ongoing efforts to curb violence and criminality in the region, under the campaign message: “Give Peace a Chance.”

Members of the public with useful information were advised to report anonymously through 193 or 0806 795 9570.

The wanted notice features Okorienta’s photograph and carries the message: “No Violence, No Criminality in the South East.”

The declaration comes amid intensified military and security operations across the South-East targeting individuals suspected of involvement in violent and other criminal activities.

The public was advised not to confront the suspect if sighted but to immediately alert security authorities through the designated channels.
