Hip-hop mogul Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and abuse by his former romantic partner, singer Cassie, whose real name is Cassandra Ventura.
The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court, alleges a history of coercion and abuse that went on for more than a decade.
Ventura describes being drugged, raped, and forced to perform sexual acts with male sex workers while Combs watched and filmed the incidents.
The lawsuit also alleges physical abuse, including punching, beating, kicking, and stomping on her, as well as Combs blowing up a man’s car after learning that the man was romantically interested in Ventura.
Combs’ lawyer has vehemently denied these allegations, calling them offensive and outrageous, and stating that Ventura had made a persistent demand of $30 million under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was rejected as blatant blackmail.
