LivingTrust Mortgage Bank: Adeleke leads a new dawn of partnership and progress

Following constructive engagement between the Osun State Government, Cititrust Holding, Board Directors of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc and the CBN leadership, all parties reached a mutual understanding aimed at ensuring sound corporate governance and sustainable financial management within the Bank.

With the withdrawal of all litigations and the recognition of Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun as Chairman, the once-contentious issues that divided the Bank’s stakeholders have now been laid to rest. All parties have pledged to work together in harmony toward a future of financial stability, profitability, and service excellence.

This reconciliation stands as a shining example of how dialogue, mutual respect, and visionary leadership can transform institutional challenges into opportunities for collective progress. Governor Adeleke reaffirmed his government’s vision to build a resilient, inclusive, and innovative financial system in Osun State, capable of supporting small businesses, homeowners, and the broader state economy.

It is normal for unscrupulous and fifth columnist to create contentious issues among Board members or shareholders or stakeholders, all parties have pledged to close ranks and extricate such unscrupulous and fifth columnists.

With this reconciliation, LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, a leading mortgage institution with deep roots in Osun State, is now well-positioned to expand its housing finance portfolio, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and support affordable home ownership for Nigerians. The resolution also sends a powerful signal to investors and regulators that Osun State is open for business, ready to embrace collaboration, and focused on economic development built on transparency and trust.

Kudos to Governor Adeleke at whose instance these progressive resolutions were reached for the betterment of Osun indigenes both home and abroad.
