Less than 48 hours after Nigerian Chef, Hilda Baci surpassed the record for the longest cooking time by an individual, with a 100-hour record time, a popular Liberian Chef Wonyran Aloycious is already attempting to break her record- even before her efforts are officially recognised by the Guinness book of world records.

In a post shared by a well known Liberian page on Facebook, @Liberian Music Industry, Chef Aloycious, has already been cooking for 7 hours in his pursuit to surpass Hilda’s record.

The post reads: “Famous Liberian chef Wonyean Aloycious Gaye says he’s ready to challenge the Nigerian lady, Hilda Baci. He has already gone 7 hours to catch up with Hilda. We can break her record.”

Interestingly, some fans have started hailing his efforts. How far he goes remains to be seen.
