Breaking: NLC gives FG seven-day ultimatum to reverse anti-poor policies

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has issued a nationwide strike notice to the Federal Government, scheduled to begin on August 2.

The NLC in its notice is demanding that the government reverse all perceived anti-poor policies, including fuel subsidy removal and fuel price hike.

The NLC has given the government a seven-day ultimatum to revise these policies.

If the government fails to comply with its demands, NLC said, the nationwide strike will proceed as planned.
